By placing an order or using our website, you're agreeing to the following terms. We keep it simple, transparent, and fair — just like we run the rest of our business.

🛒 1. Ordering from Us

We offer:

  • Custom-made products (designed and fulfilled in-house).

  • Pre-made/dropshipped products (sourced from trusted suppliers around the world).

When you order:

  • You're agreeing to the current prices, descriptions, and timeframes listed on our website.

  • All images and mockups are as accurate as possible — but colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and lighting.

🖌 2. Custom Work

If you’re ordering a custom piece (like a portrait):

  • We may ask for reference photos and information — please only send content you have permission to use.

  • You’ll get previews where appropriate. It's your responsibility to check for any typos or design errors at that stage.

  • Once approved and printed, we can't make changes or offer refunds unless there’s a fault on our end.

We reserve the right to decline any custom request that includes hate speech, explicit content, or anything that goes against our values.

🌍 3. Dropshipped Items

Some of our products are fulfilled by third-party partners. That means:

  • We don't personally package or ship these items.

  • Shipping times, packaging, and return addresses may vary.

  • You're responsible for providing accurate delivery info — any issues due to incorrect addresses may not be eligible for refunds.

We do everything we can to make sure your item arrives safely and on time, and we’ll support you in the rare case that something goes wrong.

💳 4. Payments & Security

We accept all major payment methods via secure checkout.
No payment info is ever stored on our site. Your details are handled securely via our payment processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, etc.).

🔁 5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Custom-made products: Can’t be cancelled once work has started.

  • Dropshipped items: Can only be cancelled within a short window (usually 12 hours) as orders are passed straight to suppliers.

  • Refunds are only issued where required by law, or where there's been an error or fault — but we’ll always try to be reasonable and human about it.

🔒 6. Your Data

We respect your privacy.
We only collect the info we need to process your order, provide support, and occasionally let you know about cool new stuff (if you’ve signed up to hear from us).

🧠 7. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and content on this website belong to CreationsByHarrig (unless otherwise credited).
Please don’t reproduce, copy, or sell our work without permission — it’s how we make a living!

⚖️ 8. Legal Stuff

We operate under UK law, and all purchases are subject to your rights as a consumer under current UK legislation.

We’re a small creative business, not a corporate machine. If something’s gone wrong or you’re unsure about anything, just get in touch. We’re real people, and we’ll do our best to help.
